By accessing or using the Amarsha platform (amarsha.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Amarsha only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the platform.

3. Account Registration

To make purchases, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@amarsha.in.

4. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Amarsha — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Amarsha or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amarsha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
