Cancellation & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel:

  1. Go to My Orders in your account dashboard.
  2. Select the order you wish to cancel.
  3. Click Cancel Order and confirm.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to accept the delivery and then initiate a return.

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for most products.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original invoice

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Digital products or software
  • Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page

How Returns Work

Initiate Return

Log in to your account, go to My Orders, and select the item you want to return. Click 'Return Item' and choose a reason.

Schedule Pickup

Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your address within 2–3 business days of your return request.

Inspection

Once we receive the item, our team inspects it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

Refund

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
