Important Information
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
Tracking
A tracking number and link will be shared via email and SMS once your order ships. You can also track your order from the My Orders section in your account.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to over 19,000 pin codes across India. Enter your pin code on the product page to check availability in your area.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or process a refund.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product and contact us at support@amarsha.in within 48 hours of delivery.
